Ad Campaign

My idea revolves around the concept of showing people the negative aspects of buying food from commercial markets. People need to be aware that inspite of the fear they have regarding waxed fruits, pesticides and decaying food, they still tend to make the same wrong choices against their will. The goal of this school project was to photograph fruits based on the concept idea and create posters to indirectly encourages buyers to buy healthy organic food from the local markets.

I photographed these images of fruits in different ways to tell a story by itself. The pictures strongly emphasize on the amount of time one spends in cleaning the fruits and vegatbels for safety, which would be totally unnecessary if they bought locally produced food. It portrays the negative impact of eating fruits and vegetables bought at commerical store, that are coated with harmful pesticides in order to keep them fresh and shiny. The concept is very straightforward with a clear message and call to action. It will help buyers to make right choices in order to eat fresh and healthy food.
